Because our website specializes in providing digital, downloadable assets, templates, and resources (such as Canva templates, video editing assets, and digital guides), our operational framework regarding refunds and returns is strictly defined. 1. Strict “No Refund” and “No Return” Policy

All products available on our Site are digital goods. Unlike physical items, digital products can be instantly downloaded, saved, and copied immediately upon successful transaction.

  • Final Sales: All sales, purchases, and financial transactions made on our platform are 100% final and non-refundable.
  • No Returns: Since digital files cannot physically be returned, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any product under any circumstances once the download access has been granted or delivered to your email/dashboard.

By processing your payment via our secure gateway, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to claim a refund or dispute the charge based on a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the digital asset.


2. Brand Ambassador Program & Commission Integrity

Our exclusive Brand Ambassador Program is heavily tied to real product purchases. To protect the integrity of our Brand Ambassador Program, the following rules strictly apply:

  • Since all product purchases are final and non-refundable, all commissions distributed to our Brand Ambassadors are also final and non-reversible.
  • Any attempt by a user to initiate a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute through banking channels or our payment processor after receiving digital products will result in an immediate and permanent ban of their Brand Ambassador account and forfeiture of all pending/earned wallet balances.

3. Exceptions (Technical Errors & Double Payments)

We only review refund requests under very specific, verifiable technical circumstances:

A. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the exact same digital product twice within a 24-hour window due to a system lag or payment gateway glitch, we will verify the server logs. Upon verification, a refund for the duplicate transaction will be processed back to your original payment method.

B. Technical Access Failure

If you have paid successfully but cannot access, preview, or download your digital asset due to a technical failure on our website, please do not open a dispute. Contact our technical team immediately. If we fail to provide a functional download link or fix your access within 7 working days of your formal report, a full refund will be granted.


4. Product Delivery & Access

Upon a successful payment, your digital products are delivered instantly in two ways:

  1. Dashboard Access: Available immediately in the “Downloads” or “My Account” section of your portal.
  2. Email Delivery: A backup access link is sent to the email address provided during checkout.

If you do not receive your access email within 10 minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folder or log into your account dashboard directly before contacting support.
