By accessing our website, purchasing our digital products (YouTube Creator Kit, Unlimited Reels Kit, Canva Mega Kit, The Ultimate Creator Pro Kit), or participating in our Ambassador Program, you  agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. Intellectual Property & PLR License Agreement

By purchasing a PLR-enabled product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and sell the digital assets as your own, subject to the following strict limitations:

Permitted Uses (What You CAN Do):

• Rebrand & Edit: You may add your own branding, logo, and modifications to the templates.

• Resell: You may sell these products to your end-users for their personal or professional use.

• Bundling: You may incorporate these templates as bonuses or components of your own larger digital bundles, courses, or membership sites.

Prohibited Uses (What You CANNOT Do):

• No Transfer of Rights: You may NOT sell, transfer, or pass on the Private Label Rights (PLR) or Master Resell Rights (MRR) to your customers. Your customers purchase the finished asset for their own use, not the right to further resell the source files.

• Brand Protection: You are strictly prohibited from using the “Go Pro Kit” name, logos, trademarks, or proprietary brand assets in any of your rebranded products or on your sales pages.

• No Public Distribution: You may not upload or distribute our original source files, or modified versions of our source files, to free download sites, public forums, or unauthorized file-sharing platforms.

• Copyright Assertion: You may not claim that you are the original creator of the source templates; you are a licensee.

2. Ambassador (Affiliate) Program

The Ambassador Program is governed by these specific regulations:

• Enrollment & Vetting: Participation is subject to review and approval by Go Pro Kit. We reserve the right to deny or terminate any partnership at our sole discretion without prior notice.

• Marketing Conduct: Ambassadors must maintain the highest standards of professional conduct. The use of spam, unsolicited emails, fake testimonials, deceptive marketing, or “scam” tactics is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

• Transparency & Disclosure: In compliance with FTC guidelines (and applicable local law), every Ambassador must explicitly disclose their affiliate relationship. Phrases like “#ad,” “#affiliate,” or “I earn a commission for this referral” must be clearly visible in all promotional content.

• Payment Terms: Commissions are calculated based on valid, successful transactions. Payout schedules, commission percentages, and minimum withdrawal thresholds are managed through the official Ambassador dashboard.

3. Product Nature & Refund Policy

Due to the digital, instantly-accessible nature of our products, all sales are final.

• No Refund Policy: Once the product has been accessed or downloaded, the transaction is non-refundable. We encourage customers to review product descriptions and previews thoroughly before purchasing.

• “As-Is” Provision: All templates and resources are provided “as-is.” We provide tools to assist in your creative growth, but we are not responsible for the performance of your marketing, channel growth, or any technical issues arising from your use of these assets on third-party platforms.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Pro Kit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption—arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Go Pro Kit operates. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be settled through good-faith negotiation; failing which, such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in our region.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our platform or active participation in the Ambassador Program signifies your ongoing acceptance of these terms.
